Prices
As stated on our web shop. Prices include postage and any VAT applicable. Acupressure mat / Bed of Nails: 85 EUR. Foot BEd of Nails: 58 EUR. When buying more than one product you receive a 6% discount.
Age
To place an order you must be 18 years old, or have signed consent from your guardian.
Buy: choose between two methods of payment.
Web shop: Direct payment on our Web shop to the left. (Conditions: see below)
Retailer in your area: Contact one of our helpful retailers under the “Retailers” tab.
Webshop conditions
We accept VISA, MasterCard and Amex. There are no extra charges for using cards. Cogni does not save any card numbers. All customer information is fully confidential and is not passed on to any third party.
In placing your order, you also approve our conditions of sale and make a binding order. The amount of the purchase is reserved against the credit card used as soon as payment has been approved. The stated amount will be debited within a few hours. If you should change your mind, please contact us immediately and we can return the purchase amount. If the product has already been delivered you have it on approval. Please read the details below.
Delivery conditions
Confirmation of your purchase will be sent to your e-mail address as soon as purchase has been processed. The products will be sent by post within four (4) working days after payment has been received.
Purchase on approval for 40 days
You may try the products in the comfort and privacy of your own home for 40 days. If you choose to return it within this period, you must pay for delivery costs and return costs. The products must be complete and undamaged for us to reimburse you.
Complaints or returns
If the product is damaged on delivery or during normal use, we will replace the product or those parts which are damaged with a new product. Contact us before you return the damaged product.
Governing law and disputes
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be finally settled by a Swedish court in accordance with Swedish law.
